Hi there! My name is Lilly. I have been in the outdoor education industry for three years and informally much longer. I have such a passion for children and the way they operate- their unique habits, passions, strengths, weaknesses, etc! It is what makes childcare so special. I am the oldest of seven siblings, so I have always been in this leadership role which I think is what gave me this love for working with children in the first place! I started my career working at summer camps early on in high school and found that I love anything arts and crafts, music, dance, earth related! I like to have fun with my kids- and bring excitement and joy into whatever we do! Lilly is the best babysitter! My kids light up everytime they see her, she is so present with them and never fails to make sure they are well cared for. She keeps them outside and hands on. My kids love her, that means we love her too!
