About Lilly

Making a difference in people's lives is what I strive for. As a Certified Nursing Assistant with four years of experience, I've found fulfillment in supporting adults and seniors, as well as their families. I'm committed to creating a comfortable environment for those in my care. My approach is patience, compassion, and friendliness. I am skilled at adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion. I provide transportation, run errands, perform light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I communicate with families using their preferred method, offering regular verbal updates. I also have CPR and First Aid Training. I find that helping others is a rewarding experience. I am a full time student in the Radiology program so I will need to work around my clinical times.
