About Lilly

Hi! I'm Lilly- a former professional nanny in NYC who recently earned my MBA. I'm currently offering occasional babysitting for families looking for reliable, engaging and experienced care. I have experience with infants through school-aged children and love creating safe, fun and enriching environments where kids feel supported, confident and cared for. I'm passonate about inclusive, affirming and jovial childcare! I'm intentional about working with families who share those values of kindness, acceptance and compassion (: I have personal and professional experience with children on the spectrum. This has given me a deep appreciation for sensory needs, individualized care, and meeting children where they are. I'm also semi-fluent in Spanish, know basic baby ASL, and can renew my CPR/First Aid certification upon request! I'm available for date nights, weekends, events, and occasional care.
