Hi families! My name is Lilly, and I have over 8 years of experience caring for kids of all ages, from infants to high schoolers. I've worked with many families and love creating a safe, fun, and supportive space where kids can learn, play, and grow. My background includes: • Camp Counseling: 2 years at LINX Camp in Wellesley and 3 years at Pilgrim Day Camp in Framingham, leading games, activities, and team-building. • Coaching: 4 years as a volleyball coach with CMASS Volleyball Club, helping athletes gain skills and confidence. • Early Childhood Education: Assistant teacher at the Primrose School of Natick, working in classrooms with children of all ages and needs. • School Support: Para professional at Natick High School in math and special education, supporting students daily. • Babysitting: Lots of experience with kids of all ages through many families. I'm reliable, upbeat, and love working with kids. Whether it's homework, crafts, or play, I enjoy keeping kids busy and happy!
