About Lilly

Hi! My name is Lilly. I'm 20 years old and currently a junior at Miami University, majoring in Social Work. I'm passionate about helping others, especially children, and love supporting families in any way I can. I have over 5 years of paid childcare experience through both babysitting and nannying. I've worked with children of all ages, from infants to 12-year-olds, and I'm excited to continue expanding my experience. I've cared for up to four children at once in home settings, and I've also volunteered in my church's kids' program, where I've helped supervise groups of around 12 children. My goal is always to provide a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment where kids can thrive. I look forward to connecting with new families and becoming a positive part of your child's day!
