About Lilly

Providing dedicated, compassionate care for your animal companions is my top priority. With two years of experience, I treat every pet as if they were my own, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and consistent routine. My background includes a Red Cross Pet First Aid Course and specialized experience with special needs and challenging pets. I maintain strict adherence to dietary schedules and monitor closely for any signs of distress. Whether I am providing pet walking, grooming, or day care, I find immense joy in witnessing unique animal personalities and helping shy pets gain confidence. I remain calm during emergencies and communicate immediately with owners to ensure total transparency. My approach is rooted in responsibility, kindness, and empathy, offering you complete peace of mind while you are away. I truly look forward to meeting your furry, feathered, or exotic friends and welcoming them into my care.
