About Lilly

Hi! My name is Lilly, and I'm a caring, dependable childcare professional with 4 years of daycare experience. I'm looking to transition into private nannying so I can provide more personalized, one-on-one care and support to children and their families. I have recent hands-on experience caring for infants ages 3-10 months, as well as experience with toddlers and preschool-aged children. My experience includes feeding and bottle routines, diapering, nap schedules, tummy time, developmental play, potty training, and planning fun, age-appropriate activities. I love engaging children through music, dancing, crafts, reading, outdoor play, and hands-on learning. I'm passionate about creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, and feel loved. I'm also happy to assist with light child-related household tasks! I'm CPR and First Aid certified, including Infant CPR. I value communication with parents and believe in following each family's routines and preferences.
