About Lilli

Hi there! My name is Lilli, and I've been caring for children for about nine years. My experience includes babysitting, nannying, working as a summer camp counselor, and coaching tennis, so I've worked with kids of all ages and personalities. I graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Psychology and am currently pursuing my Master's in Human Resource Management at The Ohio State University. While my studies focus on HR, childcare has always been an important and rewarding part of my life. Families describe me as responsible, patient, and energetic. I enjoy planning activities, helping with homework, and encouraging both creativity and play. Most of all, I value creating a safe and positive environment where kids can thrive.
