Hello! My name is Lilli, and I bring over 17 years of hands-on experience caring for children of all ages-from newborns to teenagers. I have worked with a wide range of families, including those with twins, multiple siblings, and even household pets, and I pride myself on being adaptable, nurturing, and dependable. I am CPR and First Aid certified, and I'm currently pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Education to deepen my knowledge and enhance the care I provide. My approach to childcare is very play-based and engaging. I believe in learning through fun, outdoor activities, creativity, and active play that supports each child's development. In addition to providing excellent care, I'm happy to assist with light housekeeping, cooking, children's laundry, and maintaining a tidy and organized home environment.
