About Lilli

I am the oldest of six children, (five younger brothers) so the caretaker role has always come very naturally to me. My family experience alone has allowed me to gain the skills needed to manage multiple children, as well as the patience to handle emotional, and learning challenges. On top of that, I have four years of preschool teaching experience, so I am well equipped to care for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. I studied psychology in college, and I am continuing my studies in school psychology for graduate school. All of these experiences permitted a great deal of exposure to children that presented a wide range of needs, and this work has fortified my patience, and taught me how to implement regulatory strategies to help a child succeed. All in all, I have worked with numerous families, from infants to teenagers. I absolutely adore working with and caring for children, and appreciate you considering me!
