About Lillia

After getting a degree in General Social Science of Business and Economics, and minoring in Psychology and Music, I started babysitting for a family with an autistic child. Working as a team to help them work on goals and skills to cope with big feelings was very fulfilling. I loved seeing them gain confidence and joy when they learned more independence. (I can provide a written reference upon request!) Getting more understanding of the disabled community and children has impacted my life and given me so much compassion for people. This also includes openness to all kinds of people like the LGBTQIA+ community, people of different religions, racial diversities, and those who are underprivileged. This job is one that I take so much pride in and I am excited to find families that would be a good fit!
