About Lillian

Hi Families, My name is Lilly and I work full-time as an auditor at a public accounting firm, but my real passion has always been caring for both children and animals. I've been nannying, babysitting, and dog-sitting for families since high school and bring experience with every age group--from infants to teenagers. While earning my master's degree, I worked at a Montessori school with children from 8 weeks to 5 years old, which gave me a strong foundation in early childhood development and a patient, hands-on approach. I've also supported children with disabilities, so I'm comfortable adapting to a variety of needs and personalities. I'm equally devoted to animals. I grew up with dogs of all sizes, foster through Lifeline, and regularly pet sit for friends and neighbors. I also have a sweet rescue pup of my own. Whether it's long walks, quick potty breaks, or simply keeping pets company, I care for them like they're my own.
