About Lillian

My name is Lillian, and I am a current student-athlete at Virginia Union University. I have been working as a nanny and babysitter since 2016, caring for children ranging from newborns to teenagers, including children with autism. My years of experience have taught me patience, responsibility, and the ability to adapt to the unique needs of each child. As both a student and an athlete, I have developed strong time management, communication, and leadership skills that I bring into every role I take on. I truly enjoy creating a safe, supportive, and fun environment for children, while also helping with their growth and development.
