Hi! My name is Lillian, but I go by Lily. I'm a 22-year-old college student studying Microbiology. I started babysitting at 13 and became a professional nanny at 18. With many younger siblings, I developed a natural passion for childcare early on. I've worked with children from 6 months to 12 years old and have experience with newborns. I've also cared for children on the spectrum, including those who are speech-delayed or nonverbal, and I'm grateful for what I've learned through those experiences. I'm comfortable working with multiple children and maintaining a fun, safe, and nurturing environment. Parents appreciate my strong communication, patience, and reliability.
