About Lillian

My name is Lillian and I am located in Yardley, PA! I have just graduated with a MA: Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have 14+ years experience working with children from ages of infants to teenagers. I am CPR certified and have 3+ years experience with children with Autism. I have previously worked as a long-term caregiver and have worked full time for families. I enjoy working with children, being a helping hand to families, and being able to foster environments for supportive growth and learning for children! I desire to be an intentional support for children as they grow and develop. I'm looking for a job that will challenge me to continue to grow in adaptability and to work with families with needs different than my own to grow my caregiving abilities. My skills include establishing & maintaining routines, preparing meals/snacks, housekeeping, supervising children in play & keeping them safe, and conflict resolution!
