About Lillian

Hello families! My name is Lillian, and I have had a passion for childcare since I was 12 years old! I first got certified to babysit with the Gritman hospital in Moscow when I was that age, and have been doing gigs here and there since then. I also became a lifeguard at 15 and continued every summer until I was 18, which was when I landed my first job as a full time daycare teacher. Wanting to gain as much experience as possible, I then became an afterschool instructor with a local environmental institute and came up with my own curriculum and lesson plans to teach to elementary aged students each week. I also attended the University of Idaho for a short time where I learned much about early childhood education and development. Another one of my biggest passions is traveling, and appreciating the natural world. I have spent the last few months exploring and learning, and now I am ready to jump back into childcare, and I am so excited to meet new families, and create new relationships!
