About Lillian

I specialize in working with kids on the autism spectrum. I've worked as a behavioral technician but am currently working as a paraprofessional in an ASD classroom. My training includes behavior management and crisis prevention/intervention. I am comfortable working with children with limited communication or who use AACs. I have also worked with children with physical disabilities. My skills and training include CPR, First Aid, safety care, CBT, and CPI. I'm comfortable caring for up to five children of all ages, from infants to preteens. My approach to childcare is centered around open communication with parents. All kids are different, and I trust parents know best when it comes to day and activity planning. I follow the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules, respecting their parenting style and ensuring consistency for the children.
