I cannot recommend Lillian enough! I was naturally nervous about leaving my cat Neg for a week but I was put at ease immediately. I received daily photos and a quick summary of how Neg was doing, which really helped me relax while I was away. They followed all feeding and litter instructions perfectly and left everything spotless. If you are looking for someone professional, communicative, and truly caring, Lillian is the best choice. I will definitely be booking them again for my next trip!
