About Lillian

Empowering students to move beyond rote memorization is at the heart of my teaching practice. With three years of experience supporting elementary through high school students in Math, Science, and Sports & Fitness, I focus on building both confidence and critical thinking skills. I prioritize creating a supportive environment where I can actively observe your student's unique learning style to tailor my approach, whether through visual aids, hands-on activities, or collaborative discussion. By breaking complex problems into manageable steps and connecting concepts to real-world interests, I help students maintain momentum even when facing difficult material. I believe clear, consistent communication with families is essential to building the trust necessary for long-term academic success. There is nothing more rewarding than witnessing that "aha!" moment when a student masters a new skill. I am truly honored to be a part of your student's educational journey.
