About Lillian

Hi! My name is Lillian, and I'm 21 years old with 3+ years of childcare experience caring for children from newborns to 10 years old through babysitting, daycare, Montessori education, and special education support. I previously worked at a Montessori school for over a year and a half, where I became both a co-teacher and later a lead teacher in an infant classroom. I cared for up to 8 infants at a time while managing feeding schedules, naps, activities, and Montessori-based learning. I also worked briefly in an elementary school supporting special education students. I am CPR/BLS certified, have a food handler's permit, and have had recurring nanny positions through Care. com, including infant care and care for twin girls. I love creating a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for children. I currently work remotely for America First and would need to provide a two-week notice before starting a new position.
