About Lillian Lee

I worked as a summer camp counselor for 3 years, and I also have a good amount of experience babysitting. I have always loved working with kids. My passion for supporting families and making a positive impact on young lives drives my commitment to providing reliable, high-quality care. I am patient, calm, and approachable, creating a space where children feel secure and encouraged. I have worked with children between the ages of 2 and 12, and am comfortable caring for up to 2 kids at a time. My early child development coursework and camp counselor experience helps inform my decisions when it comes to problem solving, engaging in activities, and forming a connection with the child. I am happy to assist with meal preparation, carpooling, crafts, and light housekeeping. I value clear, verbal communication at pickup to keep you updated on your child's day and I am comfortable enforcing household rules.
