About Lillian

I recently relocated to Pensacola from Wisconsin and am hoping to get in touch with families seeking childcare services. For the past two years, I have worked at a public high school as a para educator for students with disabilities (including medically fragile students that required aide with the bathroom/diapers, GI feedings, and are in wheelchairs). I am experienced with AAC device communication, NVCI, first aid, elopement, and other conflict de-escalation techniques. Before that, I attended the University of Wisconsin and received a degree in communications. I am great at planning engaging activities (both inside and outside) to keep children occupied for the entire day. Overall, I'm hoping to connect with a family that can offer me kindness and patience. I would love to have a strong relationship with both the children and their parents. I have a flexible schedule and I am a great communicator!
