About Lillian

It’s hard to put into words how much Lillian has meant to our family. She was with us full-time for three years, starting when my oldest son was just a year old. Four months later, we welcomed our second, and Lillian was the first person outside of hospital staff to hold him. They bonded instantly, and she made it possible for me to settle in, recover, and breastfeed while knowing my toddler was safe, happy, and loved. Lillian became a steady, joyful presence in our boys’ lives. She kept them on a consistent schedule, took them for daily walks, read and sang to them, and always came up with creative crafts and activities. Thanks to her, both boys talked early and knew their ABCs, numbers, colors, and shapes (one by 18 months, the other by 26 months). They’ve since tested into gifted programs, and I credit so much of their early development to the time they spent with her. She also helped with cooking, laundry, dog walking, and even bedtime when we needed her to stay later. She prepared healthy meals, kept things organized, and brought calm and kindness into a very chaotic season. We still consider Lillian part of our family. My boys (now 4.5 and 6) always want to see her. Anyone would be lucky to have her. She’s reliable, loving, thoughtful, and truly one of a kind. I can’t recommend her highly enough.
