As a nurturing and experienced childcare provider, my passion lies in fostering the growth and development of children. With over 15 years of experience, I'm equipped with the skills and knowledge to provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for up to four children including my own toddler, as I'd like for this position to be one where I can include her. My empathetic and creative nature allows me to connect with children of all ages, from infants to preteens. I believe in open and regular communication with parents, ensuring that they are kept informed about their child's day and any issues that arise. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I follow the parents' lead and work collaboratively to ensure consistency and respect for the family's values.
