About Lillian

Hi! My name is Lillian , and I'm a responsible, caring, and energetic with a genuine love for working with children. I have experience with kids and enjoy creating fun, safe, and engaging environments through games and learning activities. I'm here to support your family however I can. I go back to college at the University of Tampa at the end of August! I'd describe my personality as caring, hardworking, and respectful. I like working with kids because It's rewarding to build trust with children and create a space where they feel safe, heard, and happy. I'm looking for a job that has room for me to grow in experience. I started working with kids when I was younger with babies in my family to begin with. In my spare time, I like to hang out with friends, go to the gym, take care of family, and work! One thing you should know about me is I'm very much a family person! My skills include patience, understanding, and safety awareness.
