Lillian has been with us just over four years. She started with my two sons when they were one and three. I certainly consider her part of our family. The only reason we are parting ways is because both of my boys will be in school this coming year and we sadly won’t need full time care. Lillian has done so much for our boys and our family - it’s hard to summarize in a brief review. When the boys were younger she managed two different sets of needs with ease. Feedings and naps and play.. no problem. As they grew and developed, Lillian played an integral part of this development and gave my husband and I the peace of mind that our kids were cared for during the day. Working with them to prepare for school and developmental milestones. She’s very active and likes to take the kids outside, to the library, parks, and is really big on arts and crafts. She’s been flexible and extremely reliable (important to 2 working parents!). We feel really fortunate to have found her. You will be too!
