About Lillian

I am passionate about helping children grow in a healthy and productive environment. I have a little over two years of experience with childcare, and I am also currently working at Boys and Girls club part time. I am CPR and First Aid trained. I love playing outdoor sports and physical games with children and enjoy board games and puzzles. I am also comfortable enforcing household rules. I am creative and imaginative, and I am always looking for new ways to engage children and help them learn. I believe that every child is unique and deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential. I am committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment where children can thrive. I am very comfortable communicating with parents about their child's day or any issues that arise. I believe that open communication is essential to building a strong relationship with parents and ensuring that their child's needs are met. I am happy to follow the parents' preferred communication.
