About Lillian

I'm looking for a job that is rewarding for the soul. I started working with kids professionally in 2019 at a private preschool, then went into ABA therapy caring for children on the spectrum, then in a Montessori school. In my spare time, I like to bake, try new recipes and go on pretty hikes. One thing you should know about me is I like to truly get the know the families I work for and help support them in each of their own unique ways. My skills include redirecting instead of shaming/disciplining, teaching real life skills with hands on activities and keeping a calm environment even in the most chaotic times.
