About Lilliana

Hello families! My name is Lilli, and I have 10+ years of experience caring for children of all ages, including children with special needs. I am CPR/First Aid certified, a former lifeguard of 5 years, and recently graduated from Ithaca College with my Master's degree in Occupational Therapy. My caregiving journey began working as an in-home aide for a young girl with a brain disorder and later caring for a boy with cerebral palsy, along with supporting foster families through trauma-informed care. Growing up with my autistic, non-speaking sister also deeply shaped my passion for compassionate, individualized support. I recently moved back to Cleveland and am looking to connect with families needing childcare, household support, pet care, companionship, or flexible as-needed help. I am warm, dependable, patient, and truly love helping families feel supported and cared for.
