Lila has been a wonderful nanny for our infant daughter for 5 months. As first-time parents, we've appreciated her kind and calm presence. She creates a happy environment for our daughter and has helped me feel organized in my transition back to work. She is an excellent communicator (both in-person and by phone/text). She does not hesitate to get clarification from me/my spouse if there is some new task we'd like her to do or a change in the schedule. My daughter loves her time with Lila and we love that Lila speaks to her in Spanish. While we are transitioning to day-care for cost reasons, I would love to have Lila work with us on occasion if we need one-off-babysitting, or some weekend care.
