About Lilliana

We feel incredibly fortunate to have had Lilliana care for our daughter from age one to two. She played a huge role in our daughter's development during such an important stage of life, and we truly believe our daughter is where she is today because of Lilliana's dedication, experience, and genuine love for teaching. Lilliana brought a wonderful Montessori-inspired approach to every day. She helped our daughter learn far more than just new words—she taught colors, animals, everyday objects, and so many early concepts through songs, books, games, and creative activities. Before our daughter was fully verbal, Lilliana taught her hand gestures to communicate, and she also reinforced positive habits like putting toys away, cleaning up after herself, and following routines. We completely trusted Lilliana to take our daughter to the park and on outings. She was always attentive, safety-conscious, and kept us informed. She also had an incredible eye for noticing when our daughter might be getting sick or when something seemed off before we had even recognized it ourselves. What really set Lilliana apart was how often she went above and beyond. She organized our toys, books, and play areas in ways that made our home more functional and enjoyable, and she shared thoughtful suggestions to make it safer and better suited to our daughter's age and development. Lilliana is dependable, always on time, a non-smoker, and a genuinely kind, positive person who was a pleasure to have in our home. We cannot recommend her highly enough. Any family would be lucky to have her.
