About Lillian

I have First Aid Training and CPR Training. I'd describe my personality as bubbly, outgoing, patient. I like working with kids because grew up in a large family and eventually want to go into pediatric nursing as well so this helps me to gain experience. I'm looking for a job that will help me to gain experience for future jobs, as well as a family I can work with in the long run and create meaningful relationships with. I started working with kids when I was 14. My older sister had been a nanny since she was 14, so I followed in her footsteps. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my friends, volunteer, and cook. One thing you should know about me is I am a very positive person. My skills include engaging in activities the kids enjoy, reinforcing rules but in a calm and patient way, and being an active participator.
