About Lilja

My passion for working with children stems from my previous babysitting roles. I am committed to providing families with reliable childcare and support. My approach to childcare is centered around being both patient and kind. I follow the household rules that are in place and communicate regularly with parents about their child's day if requested and if any issues come up. My educational background is some college-level coursework, and I have completed Babysitting Basics and Advanced Child Care Training courses available at American Red Cross. I am comfortable with animals, I have my own car and I don't smoke. I have a background in housekeeping, and I am more than happy to assist with that if needed.
