About Lili

I am a compassionate and dependable caregiver with hands-on experience supporting individuals with complex needs. I spent over four years as the primary caregiver for my grandmother with Alzheimer's, where I also managed the household and coordinated a team of two outside caregivers to ensure consistent, high quality care. In addition, I have experience caring for my father in his end of life stages, which further strengthened my ability to provide patient, attentive, and emotionally supportive care. Prior to my caregiving work, I spent seven years as a professional dog groomer, where I built strong relationships with both clients and their pets. This role required patience, attention to detail, and the ability to comfort and care for animals skills that translate naturally into caregiving. I am highly comfortable in homes with pets and understand the important role animals play in providing companionship and emotional support.
