I cook simply, organically, and free from seed oils, with Ayurvedic postpartum nutrition as my guide. Meals can be freshly prepared family-style, made exclusively for mama, or stocked in your freezer for the days ahead. I can cook in your home or mine, with drop-off available. Beyond the kitchen, I offer light household support and attentive newborn care so you can rest without worry. I have baseline packages, but everything is customizable to your unique family needs.

3 kids and 5 years of nannies in, Lilith remains the gold standard. We feel incredibly lucky to have had her with us for as long as we did. She is naturally warm, caring, creative, and fun with children, but what sets her apart is her instinct for anticipating what a family needs before they realize it themselves. Even after our oldest started preschool and our needs shifted, the two of them have maintained a genuinely special bond. Lilith has grown close with our other 2 daughters as well, and over the years has become a real friend to our whole family. If you have the rare chance to snag Lilith for your family, take it.
