She was a nanny to our son from age one through nearly four years old. She was absolutely amazing! She has such a sweet nature and her background in child education was so helpful! She worked with us (as new parents) to help us and our son learn basic routines and self-soothing behaviors when he was frustrated or upset—as a result, he had minimal tantrums as a toddler and was able to develop exceptional communication skills as it relates to his feeling and emotions. She invested so much in our family when she was with us—teaching our son to read, teaching him Spanish, and always bringing so much joy into our home. She went way above and beyond what we had asked her to do—folding laundry, cleaning, even helping us out with an extended family member during a very tough time.
