About Lili

For the past 3 years I've been a critical care peds nurse with a wealth of experience raising three younger sisters since the age 12. I hold a college degree and am a Certified Registered Nurse with current First Aid Training and CPR Training. I'm known for my patient and calm demeanor, and I strive to be friendly and approachable with both children and parents. I communicate with parents using their preferred method, providing regular updates via text, phone, or in person. I follow the parents' lead when enforcing household rules. I enjoy playing board games, puzzles, and educational games that promote learning. I'm comfortable caring for a few child at a time, and I'm happy to help with light housekeeping and cooking.
