About Lilibeth

Lili has been our baby’s nanny for the past 15 months, since he was just 2.5 months old. We wholeheartedly recommend her; she’s the best nanny we could have ever asked for. In fact, she’s been like a third parent in raising him. We found Lili through a friend and neighbor, and she came highly recommended after being the nanny for both of their kids. We were so impressed with her that we delayed our son’s daycare start by a year. Our baby is starting daycare later this year, which means we’re saying goodbye to Lili, something we wish we didn’t have to do. Although she is always be a part of this family. Lili brings a great, balanced approach to her job. She takes the initiative to do things and always keeps in mind that parents need to be comfortable with her methods. We’ve seen her take the lead in teaching our baby various things, such as socializing with other kids, eating by himself, good manners, teaching him to share, reading to him, and engaging in activities in the neighborhood park or at home. We trust her completely with our baby. She showers him with so much love and care, and he loves her back equally. Our three dogs adore her too. Lili has been incredibly flexible and always punctual. Communicating with her has been a breeze too. She’s quick to respond to texts and messages outside of work when planning for things. We highly recommend her.
