About Lilibeth

As one contemplates their parents’ end of life experiences, there are expectations they hold for the person they hire to provide primary in-home care. We look for traits like empathy, compassion, patience, competence, and experience. Lilibeth exceeded ALL our expectations over the past 3 years in my mother's home. Lilibeth is by far the most loving, compassionate, attentive, smart, patient and empathetic caregiver there is! Over a 3 year period, we had many caregivers and most were competent and very nice but none can compare to Lilibeth. She has become family! My mother was not always the easiest person to care for. She had tons of love in her heart but could be very harsh at times. Lilibeth not only knew how to calm her but she was more attentive than anyone would even hope for. She was gentle and kind as she handled my mom's hygiene, medication, meals, errands, and also just sat and talked and prayed with her! My mother was completely bedridden but her mind was sharp until the last few months. She had a thriving business and Lilibeth handled things for her. She also prepared all her bills with her. She managed all the other caregivers in the home, preparing schedules and juggling things when a caregiver was unable to show up. When a caregiver was released or had to leave for any reason, Lilibeth found replacements that met all expectations.
