About Lilian

For over a decade, I've dedicated myself to providing compassionate care to adults and seniors. My passion stems from a deep desire to support their well-being and independence, building upon positive experiences in previous care roles. I am a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aid, with current CPR Training and First Aid Training. I offer respite care, transportation, help with errands and shopping, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medical management, and mobility assistance. I am skilled in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion or agitation, always respecting each person's independence. I communicate with families through written daily reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. My approach is patient, calm, friendly, and empathetic.
