About Lilian

I have been working with children since 2016, I was first a volunteer and later I was offered a substitute teachers position. Over the years, I've gained hands-on experience primarily with preschool aged children, 3-4 years old and I've also completed an internship focused on infants and toddlers aged 24-36 months. In 2022 I started working as a teacher aide where I would interact with the children and have a one on one learning experience. Im passionate about supporting young children'w growth and development and strive to create nurturing, engaging, and safe environment where children feel valued and secured and are encouraged to learn.
