About Lilian

Fostering a child's growth and development is my true passion, and I am dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of the families I support. With three years of experience, I offer a calm, patient, and creative approach to childcare for up to two children. My background includes a graduate degree with specialized coursework in Early Childhood Education, ensuring I provide developmentally appropriate care for ages newborn through 12. I hold CPR Training and First Aid Training certifications. I am happy to assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and creative crafts. Whether we are playing board games or engaging in outdoor physical activities, I prioritize both safety and fun. I communicate clearly through daily reports and regular updates to keep you informed. I am eager to bring my nurturing energy into your home and help your children thrive every single day.
