About Lilian

I'd describe my personality as fun, easygoing, approachable, and down to earth. I like working with kids because one adult who genuinely cares about a child can alter the course of their life. Every child deserves to feel loved, important, and heard by the adults caring for them. I started working with kids when I was a freshman in high school. I taught in a first and second grade program as a leader for 4 years and, after that, continued to work with children of different age groups. I have taught or helped in classes from newborns to the 6th grade. In my spare time, I like to read, spend time with my family, relax outside, and walk my dog. One thing you should know about me is I am currently enrolled in college working towards an elementary education major and a minor in American sign language.
