We hired Lilian for temporary help covering weekend nights to assist with our father who has Parkinson’s & dementia. She’s punctual, dependable, reliable, bubbly, and an all around good person. She’s ready to get right to work and is respectful of my dad’s space and our home. She takes caregiving very seriously and does not “slack off.” She checks in at the end of her shift to make sure she’s done what she can and asks for feedback on how she can do better. Would hire her again!
