About Liliana

I am an Infant and Toddler professional with strong classroom management skills demonstrated through 9 years of classroom experience and 11 years of working in home with families. Experience includes building confidence in children while ensuring a safe and secure environment, child development theories and practices, and appropriate activities for children. Efficient in managing individual and group behavior, policies and procedures that ensure that children are supervised. My experience also includes national and international travel with families. I hold various certifications in early childhood education, behavior management, and developmental screening, including a Child Development Associate credential and specialized training in infants and toddlers. I have participated in notable research initiatives, such as the University of Miami Infant and Toddler Curriculum project, and have remained committed to continued professional development throughout my career.
