I have nearly two years of experience working for an ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) company, where I supported individuals across various age groups on the autism spectrum. Through this work, I gained hands-on experience in behavior support, communication development, and daily living skills. I am CPR certified and CPI trained in crisis prevention and intervention strategies. I am also familiar with the operation and implementation of AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) devices to assist with communication needs. My goal is always to create a supportive, safe, and positive environment that promotes growth and independence for every individual I work with.
