I've seen Liliana work with kids as young as TK to all the way up to 5th grade. She is very mindful of each kid's needs and does her best to help them with homework, get through a rough moment, and solve conflicts. She is aware of her surroundings and will always ensure the children she is taking care of are safe. If a child does get hurt, she administers first aid right away , checks in with the child throughout the day to see how they're doing, and communicates with the parents about the accident in detail. Liliana also makes sure to keep an environment that's not only clean, but also inclusive and welcoming to everyone in it. If she notices a child is not engaged with the group, she will find ways to include that child into the activity.
