Hello! I part time nanny who used to be an elementary school teacher :) I have experience with children from the ages of 12months-16 years old. I believe in creating a nurturing environment where kids are respected loved and valued. I think it is so important to model kindness and empathy, kids definitely pick up on the way they see us treat others! I enjoy being able to provide experiences for kids to explore their interests, the world around them by taking them to parks, libraries, community events. I will also use every day experiences/household activities as opportunities to explore and learn new skills.

Liliana was a joy to have around. My son has autism and is very developmentally delayed, but also very intelligent. That makes him quite a handful. Liliana was able to bond with him immediately. She didn't just watch him; she gave him plenty of enrichment, encouragement and joy. I never worried about his care or growth when Liliana was with him. She was punctual, professional and asked questions if she didn't understand something. Anyone would be blessed to be able to hire Liliana.
