Hi families! My name is Lily, and I am a caring, dependable, and nurturing caregiver with a genuine love for working with children. I currently work as a teacher assistant at a Montessori school, where I support children's growth, learning, and emotional development every day. I have a calm, patient personality and create a safe, positive environment where children feel supported and happy. I enjoy engaging children in creative play, assisting with homework, preparing light meals, and helping with bedtime routines. I also focus on encouraging good behavior, independence, and confidence in a gentle and respectful way. I am especially experienced with younger children and love building meaningful connections through kindness, structure, and fun, age-appropriate activities. I am available in the evenings (Monday through Thursday, 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 PM), and I'm looking forward to supporting a family who values trust, communication, and consistency.
