About Lilia

From a young age, I've been passionate about childcare. My positive experiences as a babysitter motivated me to support families and positively impact children's lives. I'm patient, calm, creative, and friendly. I enjoy board games, educational games, and encouraging children to explore, make mistakes, and learn important decision -making skills in a safe and supportive environment. With one year of experience caring for up to 12 children per room at a daycare center, I am comfortable enforcing household rules that prioritize a child's well-being, learning, and development. I communicate with parents through daily reports, verbal communication, and/or their preferred method. I am also happy to help with cooking, light housekeeping, travel, and swimming supervision. I am certified in First Aid and CPR. I look forward to connecting with you and your little one(s)!
