I started off as a tutor and then moved on to running the program for the non profit. I've on to tutoring at another organization and it was a treat! I have experience from ages 8-18 :)

I hired Lili for a weekend where I opened and closed, my son immediately took to her and she made sure to arrive a few minutes early so that I'd be able to give her some scheduling instruction. She asked a lot of questions which helped me feel comfortable that she would be following my requests for my son L's day and night schedule. She is super knowledgeable and experienced. There were no issues with communication and she was able to complete the tasks that I needed in the order that I requested. Best of all she was patient and got to work right away which made me feel at ease to leave for work and not be late. My job has no end time as well and she was super flexible about that. Overall I couldn't have asked for a better sitter and am very happy we were able to have her! Quick note I was only given the option of choosing between tutoring and pet care but she was hired for babysitting, not tutoring or pet care!
